EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation.)

The Regulations introduce an option for consent to be given in respect of electronic service in the process for appeals and provides further clarity on applications for extensions of time and permissions to make late appeals.
