International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1987 (Section 7 (2)) International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Consolidation) Regulations 1993

I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture and Food hereby appoint the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) as a “certifying authority” pursuant to and for the purposes of Section 7 (2) of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Act 1987 and for the purposes of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Consolidation) Regulations 1993 as such a “certifying authority”.
