S.I. No. 588 of 2004 .

CIVIL REGISTRATION ACT 2004 (SECTION 65) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2004.

The Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 1 of the Civil Registration Act 2004 (No. 3 of 2004), hereby orders as follows:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Registration Act 2004 (Section 65) (Commencement) Order 2004.

Commencement

2. Section 65 of the Civil Registration Act 2004 shall come into operation on 1st October 2004.
