I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2(1) of the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 (No. 12 of 2006), hereby order as follows— | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 (Section 66) (Commencement) Order 2007. | ||
2. The 1st day of September, 2007 is appointed as the day on which section 66 of the Act of 2006 (No. 12 of 2006) comes into operation. | ||
