I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7(11) of the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal Act 1997 (No. 34 of 1997) (as inserted by Section 3 of the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal (Amendment) Act, 2006 (No. 22 of 2006)) hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal (Amendment) Act 2006 , (Establishment Day) Order, 2007 | ||
2. The 12th day of September, 2007, is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of section 7(11) of the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal Act 1997 (No. 34 of 1997) (as inserted by Section 3 of the Hepatitis C Compensation Tribunal (Amendment) Act, 2006 (No. 22 of 2006)). | ||
