ENVIRONMENT, HERITAGE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (No. 2) ORDER 2007 | ||

The Government, on the request of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Environment, Heritage and Local Government (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2007. | ||
2. The powers and duties of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government conferred on him— | ||
(a) by the enactments specified in Part 1 of the Schedule, and | ||
(b) under the instruments specified in Part 2 of the Schedule, | ||
are delegated to Batt O’Keeffe, Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government. | ||
