HEALTH AND CHILDREN (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (NO. 2) ORDER 2007 | ||

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and Children and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2007. | ||
2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Health and Children conferred on her by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule to this Order are delegated to Pat the Cope Gallagher, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children. | ||

Sections 5, 20 and 51 of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998 (No. 29 of 1998) | ||
Food Standards Act 1974 (No. 11 of 1974) | ||
Milk and Dairies Acts 1935 to 1988 | ||
Part V of the Health Act 1947 (No. 28 of 1947) and section 5 of that Act insofar as it relates to the said Part V | ||
Misuse of Drugs Acts 1977 to 2006 other than sections 5 to 9 of the Irish Medicines Board (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (No. 3 of 2006) | ||
Section 71 of the Health Act 1970 (No. 1 of 1970). | ||
