The Commission for Energy Regulation, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 9(1)(d) of the Electricity Regulation Act 1999 (No. 23 of 1999), the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources having given a direction to it under Section 9(1)(a) of that Act, and having taken into account the matters raised in the public consultation process carried out by the Commission under Section 9(1)(b) of that Act, and the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources having given his consent, hereby makes the following regulations: | ||
Citation | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity Regulation Act 1999 (Trading Arrangements in Electricity) (Revocation) Regulations 2007. | ||
Revocation | ||
2. The Electricity Regulation Act 1999 (Trading Arrangements in Electricity) Regulations 2000 ( S.I. No. 49 of 2000 ) are revoked with effect from the 1st day of November 2007. | ||
