I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Decision No. 2007/684/EC of 24 October 2007 1 and Commission Decision No. 2007/688/EC of 19 October 2007 2 , hereby make the following regulations— | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restriction on Import) (Amendment) (No. 5) Regulations 2007. | ||
2. The European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restriction on Import) Regulations 2006 ( S.I. No. 703 of 2006 ) are amended, in Regulation 2(1) by the substitution for the definition of “Commission Decision” (inserted by the European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restriction on import) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2007 ( S.I. No. 196 of 2007 )), of— | ||
“ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision No. 2005/393/EC of 23 May 2005, Commission Decision No. 2006/591/EC of 1 September 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/633/EC of 15 September 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/650/EC of 25 September 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/693/EC of 13 October 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/761/EC of 9 November 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/858/EC of 28 November 2006, Commission Decision No. 2007/28/EC of 22 December 2006, Commission Decision No. 2007/146/EC of 28 February 2007, Commission Decision No. 2007/684/EC of 24 October 2007 and Commission Decision 2007/688/EC of 19 October 2007;”. | ||
3. The European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restriction on Import) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2007 ( S.I. No. 196 of 2007 ) are revoked. | ||
