ETHICS IN PUBLIC OFFICE (DESIGNATED POSITIONS IN PUBLIC BODIES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2009 | ||

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Ethics in Public Office Act 1995 (No. 22 of 1995) hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Ethics in Public Office (Designated Positions in Public Bodies) (Amendment) Regulations 2009. | ||
2. The Ethics in Public Office (Designated Positions in Public Bodies) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 ( S.I. No. 606 of 2008 ) are amended by substituting the following for paragraph 2: | ||
“2. The Ethics in Public Office (Designated Positions in Public Bodies) Regulations 2004 ( S.I. No. 698 of 2004 ) are amended by substituting for the matter in the Schedule the matter in the Schedule to these Regulations.”. | ||
