Amendment of section 6 of Act of 2022

27. Section 6 of the Act of 2022 is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in subsection (1), by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (a):
|
|
| |
“(a) the person is an owner of the dwelling and the dwelling concerned is not the subject of a tenancy;”,
|
|
| |
and
|
|
| |
(b) by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (3):
|
|
| |
“(3) Where there is more than one owner in respect of an eligible dwelling for a calendar month, only one owner shall be entitled to a financial contribution in respect of the eligible dwelling for the calendar month.”.
