1. The expenses of any prosecution on indictment under section two of the Inebriates Act, 1898, shall be payable as in cases of indictment for felony,[1]
and where any case under that section is dealt with summarily the expenses of the prosecution shall be payable in manner provided by section twenty-eight of the Summary Jurisdiction Act, 1879, or, in Ireland, by section fourteen of the Criminal Justice Act, 1855.
