Extension of time for guarantees, etc., under Principal Act. |
2.—(1) Sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Principal Act is hereby repealed and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that no guarantee shall be given under the said section 1 of the Principal Act after the 31st day of July, 1926. | |
(2) Sub-section (3) of section 2 of the Principal Act is hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that no loan shall be granted and no guarantee shall be given under the said section 2 of the Principal Act after the 31st day of July, 1926. |
