Amendment of section 4 of the Principal Act.

4.— Section 4 of the Principal Act is hereby repealed and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that such of the provisions of the Assurance Companies Act, 1909 , as relate to deposits under that Act shall not apply to a company to which the Principal Act applies.
