Prohibition of unauthorised marks on packages.

20.—(1) It shall not be lawful for any person to apply to any package of potatoes exported from registered premises any mark other than a mark required to be applied to such package by the regulations for the marking of packages.

(2) If any person acts in contravention of this section he shall be guilty of an offence under this section and shall be liable on summary conviction thereof to a fine not exceeding twenty pounds.
