AN ACT TO MAKE FURTHER AND BETTER PROVISION IN RELATION TO THE RELIEF OF THE POOR AND FOR THAT PURPOSE TO AMEND GENERALLY THE LAW RELATING THERETO. [8th August, 1939.]
