Amendment of section 3 of the Principal Act. |
2.—(1) Sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the insertion before the words “nor the transport of persons or goods” of the words “nor fishing”. | |
(2) Sub-section (1) of this section shall be deemed to have come into operation on the date on which the Principal Act came into operation. |
