Repeal of certain enactments.

13.—(1) The following enactments are hereby repealed:—

(a) section 14 of the Act of 1923,

(b) subsection (2) of section 11 of the National Health Insurance Act, 1933 (No. 13 of 1933).

(2) Subsection (1) of this section shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 30th day of September, 1946.
