Increase of service pensions and disability pensions.

2.—(1) A pension to which this section applies shall be increased by fifty per cent.
|
|

(2) An increase under this section shall commence as from the 1st day of January, 1953.
|
|
| |
(3) This section applies to—
|
|
| |
(a) a service pension payable under the Principal Act, and
|
|
| |
(b) a disability pension so payable.
|
