Application of sections 6, 7 and 8 of the Act of 1945.

7.—Sections 6, 7 and 8 of the Act of 1945 shall continue on and after the operative date to apply in respect of the Estate, subject to the modification that the reference in the said section 8 to the Minister for Agriculture shall be construed as a reference to the Institute.
