3.—In this Act— | |
“the Principal Act” means the Hire-Purchase Act, 1946 ; | ||
“authorised officer” means an officer appointed to be an authorised officer under section 8 of this Act; | ||
“the Minister” means the Minister for Industry and Commerce. |
