1.—(1) In this Act— | |
“the Act of 1952” means the Tourist Traffic Act, 1952 ; | ||
“the Board” means Bord Fáilte Éireann. | ||
(2) The Tourist Traffic Acts, 1939 to 1959, and this Act shall be construed as one. |
