AN ACT TO AMEND THE POLICE FORCES AMALGAMATION ACT, 1925 . [10th January, 1962.] | ||||||||
BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— | ||||||||

Amendment of Third Schedule to Police Forces Amalgamation Act, 1925. |
1.—The Third Schedule to the Police Forces Amalgamation Act, 1925 , is hereby amended by the substitution for “Inspectors, of whom there shall be not more than ninety” (inserted by the Garda Síochána Act, 1945 ) of “Inspectors, of whom there shall be not more than one hundred and ten”. | |||||||

Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Garda Síochána Act, 1962. | |||||||
(2) The Garda Síochána Acts, 1923 to 1958, and this Act may be cited together as the Garda Síochána Acts, 1923 to 1962. | ||||||||
