AN ACT TO CONFIRM THE RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES (MOTOR SPIRIT AND MOTOR VEHICLE LUBRICATING OIL) ORDER, 1961 , AND THE RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES (MOTOR SPIRIT AND MOTOR VEHICLE LUBRICATING OIL) ORDER, 1961 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1962 , MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE UNDER SECTION 9 OF THE RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES ACT, 1953 . Confirmation of Orders. |
1.—The Restrictive Trade Practices (Motor Spirit and Motor Vehicle Lubricating Oil) Order, 1961 , and the Restrictive Trade Practices (Motor Spirit and Motor Vehicle Lubricating Oil) Order, 1961 (Amendment) Order, 1962 , made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 9 of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1953 , are hereby confirmed. | |||||||||
