1.—In this Act— | |
“the Minister” means the Minister for Lands; | ||
“Moville Area” has the meaning assigned to it by the Foyle Fisheries Act, 1952 ; | ||
“the Principal Act” means the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 . |
