2.—Subsection (1) of section 2 of the Comptroller and Auditor-General Act, 1923 , section 2 of the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act, 1947 , section 1 of the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act, 1953 , and section 1 of the Comptroller and Auditor General (Amendment) Act, 1959 , are hereby repealed. |
