AN ACT TO INCREASE THE LIMIT ON THE ADVANCES FOR CAPITAL PURPOSES WHICH MAY BE MADE TO RADIO ÉIREANN. [3rd March, 1964.] | ||||||||
BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— | ||||||||

Increase of limit on advances. |
1.—Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 23 of the Broadcasting Authority Act, 1960 , is hereby amended by the substitution of “three million pounds” for “two million pounds”. | |||||||

Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1964. | |||||||
(2) The Broadcasting Authority Act, 1960 , and this Act may be cited together as the Broadcasting Authority Acts, 1960 and 1964. | ||||||||
