Exclusion of application of certain provisions of Trade Disputes Act, 1906.

8.—The provisions of sections 1, 3 and 4 of the Trade Disputes Act, 1906, and of subsection (1) of section 2 of that Act shall not apply to any act done by a person in contemplation or furtherance of a strike to which this Act applies.
