CONTROL OF EXPORTS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1956 (CONTINUANCE) ACT, 1968

AN ACT TO EXTEND THE PERIOD DURING WHICH THE CONTROL OF EXPORTS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1956 , CONTINUES IN FORCE. [2nd April, 1968.]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:—

Continuance of the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956.

1.—(1) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 , shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1971, and shall then expire.

(2) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1965 , is hereby repealed.

Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1968.
