NATIONAL BUILDING AGENCY LIMITED (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1969

AN ACT TO INCREASE THE LIMIT ON ADVANCES AND GUARANTEES UNDER THE NATIONAL BUILDING AGENCY LIMITED ACT, 1963 . [12th November, 1969]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:

Amendment of section 9 of the National Building Agency Limited Act, 1963.

1.— Section 9 of the National Building Agency Limited Act, 1963 , is hereby amended by the substitution of “five million pounds” for “two million pounds”.

Short title and collective citation.

2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the National Building Agency Limited (Amendment) Act, 1969.

(2) The National Building Agency Limited Act, 1963 , and this Act may be cited together as the National Building Agency Limited Acts, 1963 and 1969.
