Repeal of section 10 of Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956. |
1.— Section 10 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956 , is hereby repealed. | |||||||

Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1970. | |||||||
(2) The Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956 , and this Act may be cited together as the Gaming and Lotteries Acts, 1956 and 1970. | ||||||||
