AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ALTERATION OF THE YEARS FOR HOLDING LOCAL ELECTIONS AND TO MAKE PROVISION FOR CERTAIN OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH LOCAL ELECTIONS. [27th June, 1973]
