Repeals. |
14.—The following are hereby repealed as on and from the appointed day: | |
(a) in the Exchequer and Audit Departments Act, 1866 , in section 10, the words “, and the Postmaster General”, | ||
(b) in the Exchequer and Audit Departments Act, 1921 , in section 2 (1), the words “, and Post Office”, | ||
(c) in the Ministers and Secretaries Act, 1924 , paragraph (ix) of section 1 and the Eighth Part of the Schedule , and | ||
