Amendment of Part I of First Schedule to Principal Act (Employments). |
7.—(1) Part I of the First Schedule to the Principal Act is hereby amended by the insertion after paragraph 12 of the following paragraph: | |
“13. Employment as chairman, deputy chairman or ordinary member of the Labour Court established under the Industrial Relations Act, 1946 .”. | ||
(2) This section shall come into operation on such day as the Minister appoints by order. |
