Amendment of section 23 of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979. |
2.— Section 23 of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979 , is hereby amended by the subsitution in subsection (4) of “£60,000,000” for “£50,000,000” and the said subsection, as so amended, is set out in the Table to this section. | |

(4) The aggregate at any one time of sums advanced under this section and not repaid shall not exceed £60,000,000. |
