12.—Schedule 15 to the Income Tax Act, 1967 , is hereby amended by the insertion in Columns 1 and 3 of “Waiver of Certain Tax, Interest and Penalties Act, 1993, sections 2 (3) (a) and 3 (6) (b)”.
