AN ACT TO ENABLE PAYMENTS NOT EXCEEDING A SPECIFIED TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE MADE ON BEHALF OF THE GOVERNMENT TO THE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION. [27th October, 1993] | ||||||||||||
BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: | ||||||||||||

Amendment of section 3 of International Development Association Act, 1960. |
1.— Section 3 of the International Development Association Act, 1960 , is hereby amended by the substitution of the following paragraphs for paragraph (l) (inserted by the International Development Association (Amendment) Act, 1990 ) of subsection (2) (inserted by the International Development Association (Amendment) Act, 1980 ): | |||||||||||
“(l) payments to the Association not exceeding in aggregate £13,000,000, in accordance with any arrangements made between the Government and the Association arising out of any resolution of the Board of Governors of the Association on additional financial resources, | ||||||||||||
(m) payments under subparagraph (i) of paragraph (c) of Section 4 of Article VII of the Agreement.”. | ||||||||||||

Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the International Development Association (Amendment) Act, 1993. | |||||||||||
(2) The International Development Association Acts, 1960 to 1990, and this Act may be cited together as the International Development Association Acts, 1960 to 1993. | ||||||||||||
