Interpretation of Part III . |
13.—In this Part— | |
“local authority” means— | ||
(a) the council of a county, | ||
(b) the corporation of a county or other borough, | ||
(c) the council of an urban district, or | ||
(d) the commissioners of a town; | ||
“local electoral area” means an area by reference to which a local election is held; | ||
“local election” means an election pursuant to this Part. |
