Amendment of Births and Deaths Registration Act (Ireland), 1880. |
5.—The Births and Deaths Registration Act (Ireland), 1880, is hereby amended— | |
(a) in section 5, by the substitution for “(Form A., Schedule 3)” of “(in such form as provided under section 2 of the Registration of Births Act, 1996)”, | ||
(b) in section 6, by the substitution for “(Form B., Schedule 3)” of “(in such form as provided under section 2 of the Registration of Births Act, 1996)”, | ||
(c) in section 37, by— | ||
(i) the deletion of “birth or”, and | ||
(ii) the substitution for “forms in Schedules A. and B. respectively” of “form in Schedule B.”, | ||
and | ||
(d) in the Third Schedule, by the deletion of Forms A. and B. |
