42.— The following enactments are repealed: | |
(a) section 3 (3) of the Prisons (Visiting Committees) Act 1925 ; | ||
(b) section 1 (2) of the Prisons Act 1933 ; | ||
(c) section 19 of the Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1997 . |
