Amendment of section 3 of Act of 1924 | ||

58. Section 3 of the Act of 1924 is amended by the insertion of the following definitions: | ||
“ ‘Act of 2024’ means the Family Courts Act 2024; | ||
‘family law proceedings’ has the same meaning as it has in section 2 of the Act of 2024;”. |
