Domiciliary care allowance – new rate
14. (1) Part 5 of Schedule 4 (amended by section 18(1) of the Act of 2024) to the Principal Act is amended by the substitution of “€380.00” for “€360.00”.
(2) This section comes into operation on 1 January 2026.
