Amendment of section 136(1) of Principal Act | ||

19. Section 136(1) of the Principal Act is amended in paragraph (i)— | ||
(a) in subparagraph (iii), by the substitution of “terraced,” for “terraced, and”, and | ||
(b) by the insertion of the following subparagraphs: | ||
“(v) the number of bed spaces, | ||
(vi) the floor area, and | ||
(vii) in the case of a dwelling to which the European Union (Energy Performance of Buildings) Regulations 2012 ( S.I. No. 243 of 2012 ) apply, the BER,”. |
