1.—The Civil Service Regulation Act, 1956 , is hereby amended by the repeal of section 11 (which provides for the re-admission to the Civil Service of certain women who retired from it for the purposes of, on or following marriage), as amended by section 4 of the Civil Service (Employment of Married Women) Act, 1973 . |
